Bugabug is useless when it comes to bee control.Have unlimited excuses why they cant remove hive so bees come back each year.Have been out last 3 years and this year didn't even kill bees. Have talked to office and technician but no response.Out $800.00 and still have bees and what looks like a child tried to trap bees with foam in cracks. more

rude/bad customer satisfaction 5/2/2010

Thorough work, fair price 8/13/2005

After checking other pest control places in town who were either rude or very expensive, I found this place. The owner himself came to the house to do an evaluation, took his own measurements, and sat down for a one to one consultation. The price was very fair! The termite work was thorough and complete-the poor man was sweating in the heat drilling all the holes and trenching the house. They are coming back for the yearly followup in a couple of weeks but have not had any problems since their treatment. Highly recommend! more

  • Mark Foltz, the owner, has worked in this industry for 32 years, both as a top producer for a world-wide company and as a technician. The glimmer of Bugabug flickered when Mark could not continue to support a company that sold service to its customers but did not live up to their service agreement. The Foltz family had a 3 month old son, $3000 in the bank a used truck that had to be fumigated, and faith. Mark wanted to supply a service based on honesty, affordability, and dependability. With an add in the Greensheet, miles of putting out fliers, word of mouth, and out-of-the-ordinary and dependable first rate service, Bugabug has grown into a two-location company that serves over 20 counties.
