Kirk Velarde and his entire crew were fantastic! This team did our company move with a short lead time, and over the Thanksgiving holidays. Bad timing for all concerned, but each guy did their job quickly and did it well. They all had great attitudes and got the job done so fast! Each was polite and well versed on how to pack, how to move and where to put everything. They guided me every step of the way. Despite my last minute changes, there were no complaints, and they were extremely flexible. I would recommend them for any type of move. I will use them in the future for all my moves, personal or otherwise. Each guy on the team deserves a bonus. My company is GCC of America, and my name is Mary Duke. more

Buehler is an absolute joke; they are the definition of a bait and switch company. The sales person that came to our house was great and made us feel comfortable with their company. He promised he would be the person we dealt with for any problems. However, when we had major problems with our move, he told us that he had tried but could not help. The customer service people then said they are not accountable for what the sale people say (or even write, as we had written documentation from sales about some of these things). All that matters is what is in the contract. Below is the BS they pulled with us:\r \r -Our shipment arrived 10 days after the last day of the moving window. The shipment did not even leave Denver until 4 days after the end of the arrival window. Despite knowing this, Buehler kept assuring me the shipment was going to arrive by the end of the arrival window.\r -The reason our shipment was late was because the truck apparently did not have enough room for it. This would be a reasonable excuse, except Buehler had our stuff in storage for 1.5 months before the move. I would expect them to know the size of our shipment, when it was sitting in their warehouse for 1.5 months.\r -Customer service provided little to no help with the delay. The primary person we had dealt with at the company was on vacation during our move. His colleagues rarely responded to my emails and calls.\r -Sales promised us in writing that our shipment would arrive by a particular date. Buehler is now refusing to start our delay payments on this date, claiming the actual delivery window did not begin for 3 more days.\r \r I would never recommend Buehler to even my worst enemy. I am astounded they are still in business. Do NOT use them. Everything will be great until it comes time for them to do your move and then they will balk at fulfilling their obligations. By that point they will have your goods in their possession, and you will be stuck. I wish that I had heeded the reviews here but was duped by the show they put on when they came to do our moving estimate. Please do not get screwed like we did- look elsewhere for moving services. more

This is the wrost Company I have ever received service from. They stole my stuff and did not pay for it even though I have full coverage. They are lier and very un-cooperative. Please choose anyone else but not them if you want peace of mind. They also broke glasses for TV stand, Picture Frames. more

Thanks for making me look good! My boss assigned me to work on the relocation needs of our company and I hired Buehler. They were not the lowest bid, but they were in the middle. I didn't want to be too cheap because I was afriad to loose my job if the coordination between me and the moving company failed. I was so worried that if I didn't get everything right, it would cost me my employment within the company. I wanted to make the best overall decision for our company. I hired Buehler Companies and they delivered. I am so thankful. I was pretty demanding, but they never blinked an eye. Obviously I was nervous because my job was on the line. I would like to thank the movers for being professional and understanding during all of my complex emotions. The whole process was less stressful because they were there to help me. Buehler helped our office move from downtown Denver to the Tech Center. Their name was given to us by our old management office after another moving company bailed out on us a few days before our move. Buehler's rate is competitive, and the company is much more professional than the other moving company. They charged us a flat fee of $80 for disposing furniture, which was surprisingly cheap given that we had at least 10 file cabinets that had to be thrown away. The movers (7) came promptly at 7am with two large trucks and worked for 10.5 hours. I opened our office door for them and walked through the office with the supervisor letting him know how certain things needed to be moved. We had boxes and more boxes filled with files and books. We also have custom made bookcases that had to be dismantled and then reassembled at our new office. And, we have a fire proof cabinet that weighs 400 lbs! (We moved our computer equipments ourselves the day before.) I left the movers to do their jobs and went to our new office. They showed up a few hours later and unloaded quickly. The moving itself was done in 9 hours, but assembling the bookcases took a little bit more time. The movers were very friendly and worked hard. I felt bad for them at times because we had so many heavy boxes, but they didn't complain. I think Buehler did a wonderful job with our move and heaven forbid if we move again, but if we must, we'll definitely use Buehler again. Pros: Hard workers, friendly more
