Unfortunately, I really cannot find anything good to say about this business. I try to write reviews on a regular basis, for a vast variety of business's I come in contact with, to help others, as I know reading reviews helps me. This is the first time I have ever had to give an awful rating, and I hesitated in doing so. The owners, who were there to assist me upon my visit, were very unfriendly, and i dare to say.. 'stuck up'. They weren't helpful to me at all, and if anything made me feel rushed, and as though I were an inconvenience! I thought perhaps this would be able to be overlooked once I viewed the flowers I had ordered, but sadly, it only confirmed that I would never use this shop again. I have done business with many flower shops for various reasons, some in the area, others out of the area.. But this was by far the worst as far as service, flowers ,and...well.. everything! The flowers were delivered 2 days later then ordered, after the 'occasion"" they were ordered for had come and gone. They were not at all what I asked for, not even close. They were also half dead, the rest lived about one day. And I had paid a fortune for gorgeous premium flowers, and there was nothing but cheap inexpensive flowers, no specialty flowers at all. When i contacted them about my complaint, they did not want to even hear with it, deal with it, or make it right. They did not reimburse me, I did not get another arrangement in place of it, I didnt even get an apology! I'm sure you can now see why I had to give this business it's awful rating. I would NEVER use them again, and recommend you don't either! There ate too many other good shops to choose from who are happy to have your business and where you will get good service.
