We have dealt with Ruffing Automotive for about 20 years. Their service is excellent and I have found them to be trustworthy in every way. One time after they had installed a part in my car we received a call from them saying when they got the bill for the part it cost them less than expected. We would have never known. Mr. Ruffing said the price difference was almost $20.00, so they gave me a credit on my credit card for the amount. Amazing! Great place to take your car 11/2/2005

This is a small automotive repair shop on West Liberty Avenue in Dormont. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had anything but excelent service from Ruffings. I have always had great rates and have never had to fear about the mechanics trying to charge me for something that wasn't needed. This is one trust worthy place. more
