Excellent quality work, certified mechanics and techs. Good customer service ethics. Gave me a cost estimate bracket and charged the low end of the bracket, which is unusual and appreciated. This job involved custom work (rebuilt seat for better driving comfort) beyond what my dealer could do. Frank and his staff are able to do unusual work at reasonable prices. Highly recommended. \r \r Note: I notice the ""Recommends"" label does not show up. Tried to edit to correct this but does not seem possible. However I definitely recommend this business. more

Great experience 1/16/2012

This was the first time I've been to a mechanic shop in Florida where the mechanic was personable, friendly, and extremely polite. I've been in this state 7 years and have yet to see that kind of attitude anywhere else. I definitely think my truck will see a few more miles if I keep bringing it here. more

Worst Car Repair Service 10/26/2011

We've given them chances because of their convenient location but this last experience was the final straw. Not only are their mechanics incompetent in fixing simple repairs, they inevitably mess up extra things that weren't even a problem in the first place. Our experience with them was so awful that it would have been funny had it not been so frustrating and expensive. The owner has been consistently deceptive and dishonest with us at each turn. I hope this review can prevent someone from having to go through a similar experience. In several decades of car ownership, this is the worst auto service we've ever encountered. more

Worst auto service 8/15/2011

Do not waste your money. We have had two cars in this place. Keep ""fixing"" the issue but two weeks later the issue is back. They look to take money from people who are not car savvy. more
