Mr. Harper has got to be the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. When we arrived at Mr. Harper's store, he immediately told us that we needed to wait for only a couple of minutes. We were the only customers in the store as he proceeded to type and print papers on his 1980 continuous pin feed printer for an entire hour! I felt as though it was some twisted power trip that he got off on, making his paying customers wait in his store for an hour while he finished up some meaningless filings that could easily have been completed when we left. Once he finally helped us, he told us that the reason we had to wait so long was because his Operations Manager would get upset if he didn't receive the reports within 15 minutes. Obviously the customer's frustrations should be much more important than the Operations Manager's, but not to Mr. Harper. Since we were there for so long, I was able to witness him being rude to every other customer that was in the place, including two people that were so fed up they just walked out of his store. At one point, people were banging on the back door to get his attention, which he of course did not acknowledge. My mother-in-law offered to let them in for him and he told her that they could come around to the front door if they needed to. They continued banging on the door for another minute before they finally came to the front door. It was Mr. Harper's employees who were warning him that he was in the process of getting a parking ticket written. Mr. Harper's parking ticket suddenly became more important than his Operations Manager (or the 2 groups of waiting customers) as he rushed out the door to take care of that problem. I have never been more disrespected in my life and Mr. Harper should sell his business if he can't stand his customers so much.
