DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SPECIAL EVENT!! We hired a trolley for our June 2009 wedding and were terribly disappointed. First of all, the air conditioner broke within 1 hour of us being on the trolley. As you can imagine, this was very uncomfortable since it was a hot day in Philadelphia. The company made no attempts to fix it! Additionally, the driver was unfriendly. He actually left the hotel with our guests AND all of our photographer's equipment after he was specifically told not to leave! A guest had to run from the Cathedral to the trolley parked several blocks away and pick up the equipment. Some critical pictures were missed from the ceremony as a result! The driver refused to come back to the church to drop off the equipment.\r

The driver would not stop in front of the reception location to drop guests off. Rather, he stopped several blocks away requiring our elderly guests to walk. Also, it took him over 1.5 hours to come back to the church to pick up the bridal party...we had to take taxis!! As a result, we missed our cocktail hour.\r

We tried to get a partial refund of what we paid from Captain Dee at Bucks County Trolley Company. After several discussions with him, he stopped returning our phone calls. We had to go to the Better Business Bureau and we still have never received a response.\r

The trolley company was the only negative of our entire wedding. We were extremely unhappy with the lack of professionalism of this company!!\r

Cons: unfriendly driver, broken A/C, uncooperative owner
