Horrible experience. Mike was rude,non professional,tried to push very hard. He was acting like he is ""the king"", everybody else are at least stupid. After ""wasting our time"...

Not only have I purchased my car from here; my mother also needed a new car. I brought her down to Tom Ring, Frank helped us pick out a nice reliable car for her which I know won't leave my mom stranded and that's always a relief! The friendliness of everyone at this dealership is outstanding. I felt like I was a part of the family as soon as I walked in. I recommend this dealership to anyone, even if you have little-no credit (like me) I drove off the lot THAT DAY in a brand new 2012 Nissan Altima 3 months ago!!! Keep up the great work Frank! more

I recently purchased a new Optima from Ken Hittner and he was very kind and courteous and explained everything to me in detail. Even when the extra mile and set up the bluetooth to my cell phone. I would certain recommend him to anyone purchasing a Kia. more

From the first words he spoke to us, he did not stop helping us. He was realistic with us and worked within our budget. He was super friendly and helpful. Made us laugh and feel comfortable. You could tell it was more than just a sale to him. He made my kids laugh and not be bored through the process. He was amazing and I will send as many people as I can to him! Thank you Caveman! When Caveman was grabbing paperwork or trying to process the deal, Jake was there helping him and talking to us also. He wasnt making the deal, but he still helped us feel welcome. If going to Brown Daub ask for either of these two and you will not regret it. They are both amazing! more
