Client Satisfaction 2/9/2006

Twice now this firm has promised to undertake my wife's Vioxx case. In the second instance, the representative stated that the criteria had been enlarged. Still we received a letter that the firm will not pursue the case. I believe that this firm should inform potential clients upfront. more
