Great place! Great customer service, never super busy when I go in where I would have to wait! I just go in, get my eyebrows done (only takes like 5 mins!), pay (or use my Groupon, always check there! They always have deals) then leave. I've gotten my eyebrows done by multiple women and they've all been great. I only experienced one or two that seem to be new (or at least didn't realize where their finger or thread was heading) but they make it up by doing a great job. One woman, I know is new and she'll ask you if you are satisfied, she doesn't seem annoyed or bothered if I ask her to go back in multiple times to get some hairs or thin out one eyebrow a bit. They're all professional and great eyebrow threaders. (A tip: don't go in with makeup (eyeliner, mascara, or eyeshadow), because of the nature of threading, your makeup will probably get messed up). They also have really reasonable prices! $11 for eyebrows, $7 for upper lip and I think $6 for chin. All prices are on their website, they do facial threading and arms and leg threading. (Their West Valley location is also awesome, the women in the area switch between this location and the West Valley one, sometimes the Valley Fair Mall location gets busy though).
