I am pretty disgusted that I bought a brand new 2010 car and I am having many issues with it. I took it in to be fixed and was told that they don't have info on when these issues ...

Great service staff! 5/3/2011

I just had to take a minute and let you know how much I appreciate your service staff and actually all of the folks I deal with at Brotherton. My husband and I have been customers of Gary Brady for the past 5 years or so and have purchased 3 vehicles from him, Obviously we think he's great, since we keep coming back@ He treats us like family and is incredible with our 4 kids. Recently I had an issue with our Escalade on a Saturday and drove it right in to see Theron since I wasn't going to be able to drive it that weekend. He is so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable and also respectful of my time (or lack of time :]) I have had many bad experiences with service people at other dealerships and I'm so glad I won't have to do it again! Theron makes it easy! When my car was fixed, Theron quickly called to let me know. When I got there to pick it up, Bill Busey was there to greet me. Again, Bill was accommodating, friendly, and knowledgable and funny. I've come to look forward to my visits to Brotherton! more

I just wanted to take a minute or two to let you know how satisfied I am with my recent vehicle purchase at your dealership. From the time I walked in the door until I drove my new G3 away, the experience was first rate. Dan Skjonsberg is a true professional in every sense. You are very fortunate to have him on you staff of sales consultants. Please pass along my compliments to him. the same holds true for Wendy Borgert and jannica Durand in finance and Theorin in the service department. I have enjoyed working with Theorin for a number of year and look forward to continuing to do so in the future. You have 100% professional staff and they make me feel welcome when I visit the dealership. And yes, I am very happy with my new G3. Amazing customer service 3/30/2011

I purchased my brand new 2008 Yukon XL Denali from Brotherton on Saturday and I want you to know how happy I am with not only the vehicle, but with customer service I received from Brandi Miller, She is outstanding and made my buying process easy to understand, less intimidating and fun! She walked me thru each step of the buying process and made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. When it was time to explain all the features in the vehicle, she made sure I knew how each item worked before I left the dealership. I absolutely LOVE my new Denali! Thank you! more

Great for helping me with my old cars 3/15/2011

I have three Volvos currently. All of them have been maintained admirably by Borton Volvo. I have never had an issue of any kind that has not been repaired quickly, completely and returned the car in tip-top shape. I rely on them to recommend appropriate and timely repairs and help me find parts for older cars. more

Loyal service 2/8/2011

It was again, a pleasure to work with you and having you guide us toward our next Cadillac purchase. I am sure we will enjoy our new CTS. Of course, the most exciting moment was the demonstration of opening the trunk to show us the reason for the absence of a spare tire and finding TWO dozen long stemmed red roses matching the color of the car. That was truly a touch of Cadillac class and knowing Frank, over the years, it was a special and sensitive way to treat a lady. I know your wife would approve and I know my husband did as well. You are one of a kind and as long as you (Frank) are well and happy selling the top of the line in American made cars I hopw Cadillac will always acknwoledge your talent and loyalty. I want to express my appreciation for the good experience my wife and I had Thursday while purchasing a 2005 CTS. It's my wife's first Cadillac. Your whole staff was friendly and gracious but I should single out Dan Skjonsberg and Jannica Durand. Dan got us through negotiations intact and made it happen. He's a fine gentleman and we really appreciated him. Jannica took us through the paperwork quickly and professionally and got us on our way. That you took the time earlier to retrieve the car while being detailed so that we could view it was also appreciated. The fact that you are the company president was not lost on us. My wife and I wish you (Brad) and your staff, and your company continued success. We will recommend Brotherton Cadillac whenever we have an opportunity. more

No joke, I put all completely satisfied answers because I was legitimately completely satisfied by both the dealership inventories and Troy Donald, the sales consultant I worked with on both purchases. I have purchased 2 GMC Terrains at Brotherton and both Terrains were exactly the what I wanted in color and features. Thanks and keep up the great work! more
