Look at the other ratings on this company. They either ""glow"" or ""stink"" here's the deal. The glowing reviews are made up by the company. I purchased a door from salesman ""Bryan"" who seemed like an upfront and nice guy. BEWARE. This company will make you pay a deposit of 1/2 prior to delivery and then never deliver! I'm on my 10th week ... not a single call from the company advising my status and no one will neither answer their company phone nor their cell phone. Avoid at all costs and look elsewhere! more

Fair Price, Good Service 1/7/2011

I called them because they were closest to my house. I had 3 windows that needed replaced. The price was fair I thought, ($430 each roughly).\r The salesman ""Brian"" was very nice, not pushy and listened to what I wanted and asked me what was important to me before he tried selling me anything. My home was broken into via my dining room window, so I told him I wanted to make that side of my house more secure for break ins.\r It took about 3 weeks and the windows look great the installers were friendly and took their time. I would recommend them highly. more

I had 3 companies come out and give me a price on replacement windows for my home. This was a big purchase for me and i wanted to make sure i received a quality product and a fair price. I don't usually go with the lowest company just because i feel i might be getting less for my money, but in this case Installpro was the cheapest and the estimator was friendly and knowledgeable. The installers came and did their job and didn't linger. I would use them again on my next home project. more

SHATTERED STORE FRONT 11/21/2010

I have a retail business on the strip, my alarm company called me because my store front window had been shattered setting off the alarm. I called Install Pro at 4am and left a message they returned my call first thing in the morning 7am, met me at my store at 8am and had the job done before lunch.\r \r more

Had always wanted to change my slider to french doors but the high price kept me from doing so. I was referred to Install Pro by a friend because of the reasonable prices there estimate was affordable.\r more

My business partner referred me to Install Pro after having them install his windows. I wanted to add a gym to my home. They helped me design it and ran the job thru to completion. I love my new GYM.\r more

ROOM ADDITION 11/20/2010

Found this company on line. Sent them an e-mail and was ecstatic to have a phone call the same afternoon. We set an appointment to meet and discuss my new room addition for Saturday afternoon.\r I have read about this company not being on time and their lack of professionalism. I found them to be totally the opposite setting the Saturday appointment, punctual, and courteous. I couldn't be happier with the new windows in my new room. more

Worst company ever 9/14/2010

Don't trust them! Worst customer service ever! No show for my appointment! When I called after the noshow had the wrong adrees and name! Told them 2 hours later and I have to call to see what is going on! Canceled appointment see why they advertise on Craigslist for a free appraisal and $ off installation because they stink! Talked to three different people and all knew nothing until I mentioned who I made the appointment with for her to call me back to reschedule. Reported to BBB more

SCAM ARTISTS- BE AWARE!!! 4/18/2009

Very unprofessional. Don't return phone calls. Don't know how to install doors properly. They make you sign all these papers if things go wrong that doesn't make them liable- there is a reason for these papers, they damage a lot of things and will not fix them. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! more

I recently replaced all my windows in my home. I wanted a better window for protection from the hot sun here in the desert. I called several companies and Install Pro gave me the best rate. I chose them and have been very happy with the job they did and their crew. Pros: Thumbs up Best prices in town more

I have used Install Pro for several of my homes and I have been very satisfied with them. When I call them, to\r order windows they are very knowledgeable and send someone out to my home in a timely manner. The work is done with expertise and the prices are lower than their competitors. a lot of the window guys on this website are overpriced. also, i dont know why they are a ""4.5 star"" company when they have NO reviews. something isn't right, and this company isn't right. they are scam artists. more

Does not return phone calls unless you call them repeatedly. Very bad customer service. I do NOT recommend them at all. Cons: Bad customer service more
