brookstone is not nearly as customer driven as their competitors. I received a wine cooler for Christmas that did not work nearly as well as expected. Took it back in new condition with all factory packaging and was told they would not even exchange it because it was over 30 days after purchase. Would not even give a store credit. more

Adult Playground 4/17/2006

This is the neatest place for adults to go and play. They carry a huge selection of gadgets and it's really like toys for adults. They remind me of Sharper Image, but they have better stuff at better prices. It's the best place to find a man gift or something for someone who had everything. The sales staff is friendly and will show you how to use all these items. I like that they know the product lines inside out. more
