This was the first time I ever bought a car. I was looking for a used truck. I walked in and told them that I wanted something for about $10,000-$15,000. They told me that since my credit history was only credit cards (no other loans) that the bank wouldn't finance me on an older vehicle. I believed them, what a mistake! I had a credit score over 700. Anyways they sold me a 3 year old truck for $22,000, that is one year later only worth $13,000. Cars do not depreciate $9,000 over a year... I was cheated! Furthermore, they talked me into an extended warranty that cost $2,300 and covers nothing! Every problem with the vehicle has been denied. I even had break problems within a month and the dealer would not return any phone calls for covering the cost of fixing them. I know car dealers are typically pushers, but that doesn't mean its right to take advantage of someone. Especially a first car buyer. Don't go here if you want honest help.
Pros: professional liars
Cons: can't get a good deal
