I found dealing with this company frustrating. They did lay a nice driveway, which had a large crack appear that ran all the way across the 10ft span within the first 2 years. When we called, repeatedly, they said they would send someone out with filler. That did not happen. We went to Home Depot and did it ourselves. When we needed to have it sealed, instead of fight with them to return my calls, we had a friend do it. It didn't last very long so we call Britton's again, and again, and again. Chuck finally called when I left a message that I was upset about all the cracks in the driveway and it hasn't been in 5 years yet. It seems the only way to get a response from them is to leave angry messages; Chuck came out with some crack filler and was very nice. We asked to get put on the schedule for sealing the driveway; he said he would call when they started sealing. This was in March. I had not heard from them by September so I scheduled Mike & Son's to do the job. The day they came out to do the job, Chuck from Britton's called to schedule our driveway seal. They will never be back to our place again. Mike & Son?s has our account now and that?s where it will stay.
