I brought my car in after hours, without an appointment using their after hours drop box. I had started to hear a rattle noise under the hood, which sounded like it might be a bad bearing or something. They had it diagnosed as a failing water pump the next day and my car was ready for pickup before close. Again, I had no appointment! They may have been a little slower than normal that day but still I was impressed. I've been taking my car to Brighton Auto Service for many years and they really do excellent work, at a reasonable price, and they are honest. They won't try to sell you something that you don't need. I would highly recommend Bob and the guys to anyone.
