I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I received from Dr. Singer and his group at Brighter Dental Care. My teeth look and feel great. I cannot recommend this office enough. They are fast yet efficient. They have been so helpful with my dental hygiene these past couple of years. When I go there, I feel at home because all of them take special good care of me. And I trust them totally. In fact, I love to go there. more

They were very easy to schedule. When i got there for my appointment, there was very short wait time. They were very clear in their explanations and the staff was very nice. The whole office was very clean and spotless. more

I’d like to tell you a story about my experience with Brighter Dental Care. Years before I started going to Brighter Dental, I had a crown put on my front tooth and had experienced no further problems. As fate would have it, I was out on a first date with a girl I really wanted to get to know better when I bit down on a piece of food and off popped the crown. You want to talk about an embarrassing moment and some bad timing. The next day I called Brighter Dental and they brought me in first thing. I met with the doctor and he evaluated the situation. Due to the small amount of tooth remaining, he developed a plan of action that required root canal, oral surgery and a new crown. Since this was a fairly long process, I needed to have a temporary crown put on and of course it had to come off while they were doing the work. When I told the doctor and his assistants the story of how the crown came off during this first date they took a very personal interest in not having this happen to me again. They made sure the temporary was “secure” and every time I came back the girls would ask me how I was making out with the new relationship. So did the doctor! It became like the running joke of the office. The surgery and the new crown were eventually finished and I’ve had no problems with it since, but every time I came back for a cleaning or checkup someone would ask me if I was still dating the same girl. Not only did the dentists and the staff at Brighter Dental do a very professional job, they also took a genuine and sincere interest in me and that shined through with each visit. I’m happy to say that I married that girl 3 years later and that we just celebrated our 4th anniversary! Who says that good things don’t happen at the dentist office? Go Brighter Dental. more

Average rating and reviews are VERY misleading!!!\r \r To those who may read this review: heed my warning... stay away! Like several others who have reviewed this practice, I visited this office since it was suggested by my insurance company. Once you arrive and interact with their employees and dentists, they view you as a cash cow... seeing dollar $ign$ and nothing else. I had a full series of x-rays (not covered by insurance due to the billing code they used), a dental exam (not covered by insurance again due to the billing code they used... one designed for more extensive evaluations) and three cavities filled (wait for it... not covered by insurance). So, for all of these services, I paid the full cost in cash.\r \r To be honest, I felt scammed from the moment I entered and they began to promote their ""extra services"" such as teeth whitening, a tooth guard for nighttime tooth grinding, etc. I continued to state that I was just in for a semi-annual check up to no avail. As I was leaving, they continued to promote these services ""for clients like you."" (I assume they checked my credit score while I was in the dental chair).\r \r I assumed that would be the last I would hear from them, until I received a bill a few weeks later for over $600. I assumed it was a mistake, since my insurance company did not cover any service they provided and I paid the full charge in cash. So I called their billing office. I was told that my insurance company requires that they charge a higher rate than they did, even though nothing was covered. So I asked, ""If I did not give you my insurance information, I would not have to pay an additional $600+?"" They replied, ""Correct."" I then asked if the office accepts my insurance and I was told that they do, but not for the procedures I had. When I tried to explain how insane that sounds to me, the representative became extremely condescending (I assume their billing practices are regularly called into question) and said, ""Well, you just don't understand how dental insurance works."" I guess I don't. But no other dentist in my life has employed such questionable billing tactics (charging more than the full price because I _have_ dental insurance?!?) Ultimately, I paid the $600+ additional charge just so that they would not send the amount to a collection agency (as they threatened) and ruin my credit. I have never encountered a business so shady in my life -- and I am so sorry I ever walked through their door.\r \r One last note. After the cursory dental exam, I was told that aside from the three small cavities (which were filled), my teeth were very healthy. One months after my visit, my front tooth broke off after a massive, chronic infection had eroded my maxilla (lip bone). This is going to require extensive oral surgery (approximately $6,000) and I was told by my oral surgeon that the infection has existed for 6-12 months and should have easily been identified by a competent dentist performing a routine dental exam. So the legacy of my miserable experience with Brighter Dental lives on.\r \r I implore you to learn from my mistake and look elsewhere. If this business is not one massive scam, I don't know what is.\r more

I went in for a routine cleaning and exam I have been putting off for years. When the dentist found 2 bad teeth I was actually relieved, thinking that it would be 4 or 5. I went back had the fillings and now I look back and wonder why I procrastinated in the first place it was not a bad experience at all. They were friendly and fast and now I can stop worrying that I was going to neglect my teeth until it was too late. more

I needed a procedure done and was so scared that I would be feeling some kind of pain. Then I had another pain free visit! The dentist is the best and once again the staff was friendly and helpful as always. You guys are the best hands down, thank you again!! They always want you feeling comfortable and make sure you understand the procedure that you are having. more

Overall I had a great experience. I highly recommend this office really because the staff and their friendly nature I love how much they want you to be just as knowledgeable about your oral health as they are. more

The dentist spent time to answer all of my questions regarding the pros and cons of different treatment plans. He made sure that I had fully understood the various options available to me before we decided on a plan. Now I have a great smile and I'm constantly getting compliments. more

My appointment time was spot on, I got my x-rays and it was just a few minutes before the Dr. came in to talk. Lucky for me, after minimal dental visits I still had no cavities or major issues. The Dr. explained a few small chips that I had and the wear on my teeth, probably from grinding my teeth. I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything. more

The dentist was very thorough. Said everything looked fine and also made a few recommendations of options that were available to me. He did not, however, pressure me to opt for any of them, which was a nice relief. more

After each procedure I receive a call to ask how I was doing and if I had any questions to please call them. As small as this may seem they are huge when it comes to someone who has neglected their dental health because of a bad experience. I would recommend Brighter Dental Care to the world, because you will always have brighter days after going there! (Corny but true)! more

My schedule is very hectic. I am married and have a 6 year old son. I'm also a fitness instructor and I teach various fitness classes in many different facilities. I used to go to a regular small dentist office which was fine when all I needed was a check-up and a cleaning, but then I started having some other issues. When I went to my regular dentist they informed me that I needed a periodontist. Great. So now what? Well, I had to find one on my own and figure out if they took my insurance and where they were located. I do not have time for that. I was thrilled when I heard about Brighter Dental! Dr. Singer has done all the work for me. He has a great caring group of Doctors. I love that! So if I need a root canal, I go to Brighter Dental, a check-up and cleaning the same place. I also needed a dental implant. Dr. Singer does that too! And they put in my final crown. All the women that work at the front desk are so nice, and they always work with my crazy schedule. It's so convenient to have everything right in the same office. I've met most of the doctors and they are all so warm and compassionate and very gentle. That means a lot to a busy mom like me. I highly recommend Brighter Dental. more
