Worst dentist ever 1/5/2009

If you want the most unprofessional dental experience of your life, go to Pinole Dental. What should have been a routine exam and cleaning ended up being a total waste of time and money. One month later, my new dentist states ""the x-rays are totally useless and it doesn't look like your teeth were cleaned. There's significant plaque build-up."" I should have known something was wrong when a dentist wasn't even present when my teeth were cleaned and I was given an unnecessary injection of antibiotics by a dental assistant. Cons: The office staff are as bad as the dental staff. more

I can't say much about the general dentist, I only go there for orthodontics. Dr. Wilson is great! She really cares about my teeth and she listens to me. Pros: Dr. Wilson, the orthodontist Cons: front desk staff, waiting room, busy general side more

I made one appointment one and a half month in advance. Two days before my appointment, they called me and cancelled my appointment.
