I was in the process of trying to tackle pre-deployment requirements and the staff did everything short of physically bending over backwards to accommodate my otherwise ludicrous time constraints. I simply cannot say enough about how helpful the staff at the Sterling Brightnow office were. My most sincere appreciation! more

my recent visit experience was very pleasant; Rena did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth; she also checked the health of my teeth. The pockets were not as deep as before; the treatments and new efforts by me to keep the teeth cleaner contributed to this improvement. The staff was very helpful during my appointment and afterward when a new appointment was scheduled for me. Thank you more

I was a patient at Dr. Alayssami's Dunn Loring office. At every appointment they tried to sell me some expensive procedure that no other dentist I saw before or since ever even suggested. First it was adult braces. Then a deep cleaning. Then they insisted that my low gumline required a skin graft to restore my gums to the tune of $3,000 performed--of course--by their in-house periodontist. Other dentists either haven't mentioned my low gumline, or have just mentioned it as something to keep an eye on. I stopped seeing Dr. Alayssami in 2008, so maybe things are different now, but I would still recommend keeping an eye on your wallet. more

Ok But.... 12/21/2005

When my insurance changed, I was limited to which dentists I can use. In my area, this was the only dentist. I made an appt with the expectation of getting my cleaning done, however, I received a consultation and xray exam instead. Then when I made an appt, I was told it would take six months. That would mean I wouldn't get a cleaning for a whole year!! I was very disappointed and I decided to go to a different dentist away from my area. PROS: CONS: Six months wait for your first appt. more
