I've got full trust in the Doctor and all his recommendations and approaches, and his staff is the huge added bonus, always making me feel welcome and at ease! more

Excellent staff and dentistry service 12/8/2017

Staff, dental team and doctors are very professional, thorough, friendly and caring. One of the best examinations, patient work-ups, and cleaning I have ever had. The doctors and dental team were very explanatory and took time. Very warm, friendly, and caring office. more

Going to the dentist used to be dreaded in our home. Since finding Briggs Family Dentistry, we actually feel like one of the family and get this...we look forward to going to the dentist! Dr. Briggs makes everything easy and PAINLESS! I am amazed and overjoyed to have found this most special practice! more

Excellent practice, often get in early if I'm early! 5/10/2017

The staff, across the board, have always been pleasant and professional, with a very relaxed atmosphere. X-rays, exam, cleaning, polishing, Dr. review - all went smoothly. Just a very warm, welcoming group of people, who enjoy having your company for the 30-50 minutes they do their work. As a bit of a geek myself, I appreciate the interest Dr. Briggs has to continue to use the latest (proven) techniques and equipment, and the multiple ways they communicate (phone, web, email). I'd recommend anyone give this excellent practice a try. more

What an absolute pleasure, to have found The Briggs Family Dentistry a few years ago! Beginning at the Reception Desk and throughout the entire facility, everyone involved in your care is top-notch in their duties and very professional. Whether you're having just a cleaning, a check-up, x-rays or extensive dental work, I have never experienced a facility as well run, dedicated to your health, while providing a welcome and compassionate atmosphere. After meeting the Briggs Family for the first time, I walked away knowing I made the right choice for my dental care. They are exceptional doctors, hygienists, as well as great family. more

Best Dental experience, EVER!! 12/14/2016

I recently moved to Scottsdale and was looking for a Dentist. I kept hearing adds for Briggs Family Dentistry on the Mike Broomhead show on KFYI. I made an appointment and, low and behold, it was, without a doubt, the best Dental experience of my life. The whole staff from Carrie, who took my appointment, to Technicians Mary Ann and Cindy, to Dr. Brad, and to Christine in the office, they couldn't have been more friendly, professional and provided EXCELLENT Dental care. Every step,and every procedure was completely explained and the process fully laid out as well. Five stars, without question. Just a wonderful experience. I would recommend their office to anyone without question. more

Fantastic experience, great friend atmosphere. 12/7/2016

Fantastic experience. Everyone was very patient with me and took time to answer all my questions. The dentist is very personable and easy to talk with. My prior dentist was a crook and told me I had 6 cavities, Dr Briggs told me I had none! It feels like my going to my old family dentist that I went to my entire childhood. Great atmosphere. more

The Absolute Best! 12/1/2016

I have neglected my teeth for years, due to a phobia of dentists. From the time I was greeted and checked in, introduced to Kailee (sp) who worked with me before I met Dr. Roger Briggs, to actually meeting Dr. Briggs, I was at ease. Dr. Roger Briggs is a rare individual who will lay out a plan and how the plan will be executed. I have had many dentists in my nearly 60 years and I have never felt the confidence I do with Dr. Briggs. If you are looking for a dental practice in the Phoenix area or are unhappy with the practice you're going too, call Briggs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, the best in the Phoenix, area! more

Having been a patient for 14 years, I feel perfectly qualified to offer this review of their services. The name Family Dentistry is personified in the fact that each of my visits is akin to a Family Reunion. Due to their warmth and friendship, I actually look forward to each visit. Beyond that, the service is excellent..totally knowledgeable and proficient! more
