I visited this store 3 times for a Prom dress. The first time the service was great because they had such a large selection. Second time the sales associates couldn't take the time with me since it was a one time buy and not a bridal party sale. They sent out the alteration lady to help me. Third time the greeter at the door greeted us very rudely and told us that it was probably too late to order a dress. We looked around but they were too busy to help us. Again, the alteration lady came out and she was also rude. I would never shop this store again. I bought the same exact dress from an internet store with wonderful customer service. The dress arrived in 4 days. Pros: Good selection Cons: Customer service and taking off your shoes at the door. more

I'd already looked all over for a wedding dress and I was ready to talk myself into one since I hadn't found anything that I LOVED. This was my last option since it was far away for us. But as soon as I walked in, I could see that there were lots of different styles and choices. They have so many unique dresses that are gorgeous. I bought my dress that day, right there.\r \r They have dresses organized by STYLE, not designer - which was sooo great. I don't care about who makes the dress, I care about what it looks like. They're organized by ballgown, a-line, princess-poofy, etc. It was great to find a whole bunch that I wanted to try on all on the same row or two! \r \r The service was excellent - they were very sweet and attentive.
