Bridal And Veil

It's hard for me to believe that we both have such different experiences at the same place. I walked in Bridal and Veil and knew what I wanted. They pulled the dress for me, I tried it on and bought it! They were so helpful, so nice and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. I did not deal with any men, all women. The manager who I dealt with, was very lovely and made it a wonderful experience. I guess, take it as it comes. They do have a TON of bridal gowns-try it out! more

THIS STORE IS THE BEST IN SAN DIEGO THEY SERIOUSLY HAVE SOOO MANY DRESSES THAT YOU CAN TRY ON. THE CONSULTANT THAT I WORKED WITH HELP ME FIND NOT ONLY MY PERFECT GOWN BUT ALSO IN MY BUDGET. THEY MADE IT FIT MY NEEDS. THEY ALSO HAVE SOO MANY BRIDESMAIDS THAT THERE IS NO NEED TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY ALSO HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF THE HIGH END GOWNS TO THE MORE ECONOMICAL GOWNS THEY HAVE A PRICE RANGE FOR ANY BRIDE IN SAN DIEGO. THE GREAT THING IS THEY ALSO HAVE A GREAT SEAMSTRESS THAT HAVE ALOT OF EXPERIENCE. more

This stores not only had the largest and biggest selction of bridal gowns but it also had a great sellection of bridesmaids...I found my perfect bridal gown the prices are also very reasonable. Everyone at the bridal shop were extremelly helpful. i will totally recommend you go here first you wont need to go anywhere else.!!!!!! more

This is the worst shop in the world! They almost ruined my wedding! First, they ordered my dress in the wrong color (I ordered it in white, it was ivory). When I told them they needed to have it resent in the right color, they argued with me. Then, when I asked about possible compensation for the mistake (I live out of state so I flew in, and drove an hour and a half with my 86 year old housebound grandmother for the first dress fitting), they refused to admit that they made a mistake and argued that the dress was ""close enough"" in color. Fahina was a complete bitch on the phone, arguing with me over everything. A month later I picked up my new dress (in the right color) and took it to a seamstress in LA (since I wasn't going to leave it with them for alterations after the way Fahina behaved towards me). When I got it to my alterations person, I realized the dress was made badly and that parts of it were crooked. My alterations lady is going to have to basically take it apart and put it back together, which more than doubles my alterations bill. Once again, they argued with me and refused any compensation since I already took the dress and wasn't having their alterations people do it. I even had pictures to prove it, but they were just rude and claimed that I was a liar. Fahina is the rudest person I have ever made, they will never admit to a mistake or provide compensation for one, and won't give you the time of day once you made the initial purchase (since they already have your money). DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE THE CHANCE OF A DISASTER!!! Listen to all of the people on here complaining about mistakes and bad service, they are the majority not the minority!!!!!!!!!!!! more

This place was great =] they had a great variety of dresses and i found the perfect Quinceanera dress that i could not have been happier with! =] there was no need to go anywhere else & the price was affordable as well. i highly recommend this place =] more

The girls do help you with the dress selection but I feel that it is better for the bride to go through all the dresses cause we are the only ones that know exactly what we are looking for. Honestly, they have the largest selection and great prices that I have seen in San Diego... Soo good luck!! more

I have had a great experience there! I purchased my wedding dress there and they worked with me on the price. I came into the store probably 8+ times just to try on the dress before I made my decision and they had no problem with me dropping by.. by this time they all know me by my name.. more

I spoke with the owner and he was able to order my Watters Bridesmaid dresses even though he did not carry that brand.. All the dresses came in right on time and they are perfect. more

I cannot say enough great things about Bridal Veil & Tux, especially Sandra! They are incredibly helpful, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. They also have a huge selection of dresses. more

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE! This bridal shop has made my wedding planning a disaster. They delivered my dress in the wrong color. They refuse to replace it, refund my money, or call me back. The owner is horrible to work with. I have my suspicions that something illegal is going on in this shop. I will be taking this company to small claims court since I have to replace every other item that I purchased that was the color my dress was supposed to be. Save yourself a HUGE headache and go to another bridal shop. more

I should have know when I walked in and saw what a shambles the place is in. They did all the alteration on my dress. (the lady who did them is not there anymore) Sal took it to get cleaned at a secret cleaners. THEY RUINED MY DRESS. They knew 20 days ago, but just told me today. At this point I dont know what to do.....more later more

Hands down... THE WORST experience ever. Go anywhere else but here. If I could go back and do it all over again I would have gone to Here Comes The Bride. It is the worst place I have ever been to! The service is so horrible! They really don't know how to run a business, extremely unprofessional and unorganized place. The owners are just so rude. If you don't want any drama planning your wedding don't go there. more
