Brian's inspection gave passing marks to a couple of items that I think should have been cited. The water pressure in the upstairs bath was noted but not considered a problem upon moving in I found the water pressure to be unsatisfactory. In addition the water pressure in the kitchen is also very low. He also gave the range a passing mark even thou there is not a handle on the door....turns out the electrical is not up to code on the range also. In general he seemed fine but I keep finding things that I think most people would find a problem so I can't recommend his work.
