Doctor, we are waiting over 1 week for a return phone call from you. It is unacceptable to allow a patient of years with you who calls to ask a question wait for over 1 week to get a return phone call which has still not been made. You are in town and at work as we have asked both the Lakewood and Long Branch office. It is plain rude. We have never called with a question before and have left a message every day for the last 9 days without success in speaking to you.
