Great availability of appointments, bad pricing schedule 7/2/2015

I was able to get a same day appointment. Which it was great and convenient. I asked For a military discount and they were unable to reach the manager for approval and were also unable to negotiate on the price of a maintenance repair. Their prices were too high for the type of maintenance that I needed and much more expensive than competitors. The fact that they would not honor a military discount and the manager did not respond to the technicians request for a price match is disappointing. I left without completing the maintenance required on my vehicle. more

I feel at home , the atmosphere you know the employes are genuine 4/24/2015

U fixed my tranny last year and replaced ingition switch,well it went out just under warranty and u replaced it in a timly manner. U must treat your employes like u want to be treated..I've had a few biuinesses myself and it's crucial to treat employees respectfully! I'll send business your way. Thanks Steve moser more

Good and nice and friendly 11/6/2014

Must say that I was not happy with needing a 2nd check and a more expensive check but I know it needs to be done. I just wish I'd knew that may happen over the phone for me. I'm bringing it back in 1 week. It's worth it for sure. It's a Cadillac!!!!! more
