Happy Customer 1/18/2015

I had been informed in December that I'd need a new gas gasket. I made the appointment in Jan. a week in advance to insure the right part was on hand. I arrived at just about the time I told them I'd be dropping the car off when Justin confirmed that the price I'd been quoted in December was in the same ballpark. It was. He phoned [I work across the street at MCC church on Fridays] to inform me the car was ready. As soon as the pastor arrived I walked across the street when I discovered I'd left my wallet at home. There was no hassle returning the keys to drive home to retrieve the wallet. I was slightly apprehensive when I learned that the usual manager I'd dealt with over the past 3 or 4 years, Micah, was no longer at the store. But I [and my car] were treated with utmost professionalism and courtesy. more

friendly manager & crew; several shared interests makes me feel secure I won't be cheated 11/9/2014

The manager & crew have been extremely friendly over the years that I've taken my car to Brake Team. I work across 24th Avenue at the church so its convenient to leave car - even without an appointment - and Micah has always been able to get me in & out. In particular, there was one instance when he knew that I had limited income when I needed front and rear brakes. He offered to let me pay half one month and the remainder the next month. I thought that was going the EXTRA mile for a customer. more

Quick, Good Service 8/23/2014

Our brakes were totally burned out and grinding down the rotors. Brake Team fixed our car in a little less than two hours. They even worked with us on price. WAY better than Les Schwab! more

Manager super nice 7/8/2014

my care had the engine light and break light on needing work, Almost $400 later engine light and break light is still on and cannot pass deq, i will be going back more

Glad Micah is back 7/7/2014

I originally went to this location when Micah was the manager and was pleased with his knowledge and customer service. I went back to another to inquire about some warranty work and he was gone. I had a negative experience with the new manager at the time and never went back. I only came in this last time ONLY because of warranty work and Micah was back...not surprised based on previous poor management. As long as Micah is there, this location will always be an option for me. more

Great Service, Great Price! 6/16/2014

I heard about the break team from an uncle who had his brakes serviced. So when my brakes started to make grinding noises while driving I decided to give them a shot. I gave the service number a call and was able to set up an appointment the same day. The overall customer service of Jamison and his crew were top notch and I couldn't beat the price they quoted me. I will definitely recommend the brake team to anyone looking for great brake service at a great price. more

My new brakes are great. I expected it to cost less than it did, though. It was quite a bit more than I had expected or budgeted for. So: good work, friendly, I am pleased with the result. I wish it was cheaper, I'm not sure how it compares to other places... more

Alignment 11/6/2011

Mika the manager and Al the mechanic were very helpful in my alignment of my vehicle. Extremely aware of my situation and very professional about fixing my car. My tie rods were worn out and they replaced them in a very timely manner. I will continue to use there service. I wish I would have gone there before I bought my tires. They are very good. Felix more

I really appreciated that it was really $15 and they didn't try to convince or guilt me into buying air filters or upgrading my oil like they always do a jiffy lure type places. more

Service was fast and Courteous 3/22/2011

I was able to get an appointment the same day I called even though it was a Saturday. The service was fast and courteous. The team was very helpful in diagnosing the reason behind my lit check engine light. The man who helped me spent time explaining my car's issues and was very nice. I requested new windshield wipers to be installed. They only had one in stock, but they were proactive on ordering a new one and had it there in minutes so my car was ready on time. Their prices were reasonable and posted well. I like the location too. I appreciate that there are coffee shops and boutiques in the area so I don't have to wait in the waiting room. It was all quite pleasant. Thank you! more

Great Bang For Your Buck 11/24/2010

Great service and great price, not to mention the hot guy at the counter :-) It is very convenient for me because I just work down the street, quick and reliable service is a great thing to have. I used to take it there when it was Midas, so I was a little hesitant to try something new. It was a great experience and I will now recommend this to my co-workers as well. Thank you! more
