It all started in the afternoon of April 2010. While pumping gas in my motorcycle, I was approached by the general manager, he asked me to apply for the job at the store in Deming, NM. I informed him that I had put applications for cleanup only. But, being an assistant manager there before, I informed him I had no interest of becoming a manager due to the fact that I already had acted as manager before a few years back. At that time I was forced to run the store for 96 days straight with 2 employees, myself and 1 other. Reason they refused to hire anyone for those 3 months. So, after authorizing my vacation, my manager came back now making it 3 people and 1 week before my vacation they fired the other person, now leaving the manager and myself to run the store. The same general manager that had fired the manager leaving me as the sole employee, is now asking me to re-apply, I did five (5) times. On the sixth try he hired me. I was put on cleanup on graveyard shift. Unfortunately, in July 2010 the manager attempted to steal $40.00, claiming I was $40.00 short. I told her there was no way. The very next day I was $40.00 short again, after having her check all my drops before counting. I found an extra envelope with 2 different numbers, one on each side of the envelope, stuck in between the 2 envelopes of those particular numbers. So, she eplained to me just to add it in. But, after she counted the envelope and cash within them, she stuck the same envelope in between the envelopes, which made here a thief. After calling the general manager and informing him, he called me a liar, but they kept an eye on her and they fired her. I took over as manager. As manager within one year, I increased inside sales, cleaned up the reputation and hired honest people. As a direct result I now became well known. Unfortunately, people like me are crucified for my good work. So, if you plan to work for this company, do not. Unless, you wish to be a slave to a corporation then your welcome to. Just beware you have to deal with a thief by the name of Anna who is Vice President of operations, because I'm still waiting for my bonus, which this corporation stole from me, along with my vacation time from the first time I worked for this corporation, and a liar called Buck Rogers who will lie in order to get someone fired, and a President of the company who does not give a crap. So, just beware that this does not happen to you in this corporation. This is how their title should read, President of the company, is the owner of the plantation. The Vice President is a slave over-seer and Buck Rogers is a slave handler. This is what makes this corporation one of slavery.
