After being assured my order would be delivered on Saturday afternoon, they were not. 3 phone calls later I was told that they could not get in to my mothers development, the guards would not let them in. I verified with the guard staff that they HAD NOT been denied entrance (they keep computer records) I called them back and was told that the guards were wrong and the driver was correct. I happen to know that the guards are not making this up. The manager became rude and told me that I was wrong and that his driver would not lie. He told me that just because I was the customer that that didn't make me right. Talk about no customer service skills. I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. If I don not receive that refund I will cause a stink that they won't forget! The ""manager"" (and I use the term loosely because I don't believe he could manage his way our of a paper bag) is a rude man and should not be in the business of bringing any form of delight to anyone, including flowers.
