On Christmas Eve, Bowden's was called by Lennon Police to impound my car for minor traffic issue. I called first thing Monday to get info needed to get car home. On top of the "receptionist" being the RUDEST person I have dealt with and being unhelpful, most questions she didnt answer. I express concerns with the vehicle and my belongings safety. I was lent the money since I am a single mother who has not been able to return to work since July due to critical health issues . Tuesday morning, pmt info was given so it could be towed home for yet another fee. They were aware I would be waiting on the vehicle since my brother was driving an hour to take me to do a few things. We waited over 3 hours, still no car. I call to have to deal with the receptionist, who tells me, they won't be bringing it that day AT ALL. She states there was a "family emergency". Yet never called me.
