Bouncetown

We go to Bouncetown all the time for ""open play"" and I cannot say enough good things about it. The place is super clean - very bright and fun, the staff is wonderful and you can't beat the fact that they include snacks :) We have been to several birthday parties there and all seemed to flow smoothly without any problems. We will be having my daughter's there in the fall and I have no doubt that it will be great! more

Just had my 5 year old's birthday there and I was very pleased. Biggest impression was the place was very clean and colorful. The large playroom allowed the kids to run around safely and the moonbounces were very fun. I was told the pizza was from a pizzeria (not Domino's) and it was good. Staff was friendly and managed the party pretty well. No real negatives except the place was busy and parking was a little tight. The most important thing was my son had a great time and I didn't have to clean up. I definitely recommend using Bouncetown for a birthday party. more

I had my son's 6th birthday party here a couple of weeks ago. When we got home I noticed that 7 gifts were not his, they were gifts for the other girl who was having a party at the same time. In addition, my neighbor's gift (clothes) and my mother's gift (a Nintendo DSi) to were missing. I immediately called Bouncetown that night and the girl who was working said she'd look for them. I called the next day and the girl said she contacted the other parties but said nobody had the missing gifts. Someone is lying. Then I spoke with one of the owners of Bouncetown can't do anything about my missing gifts. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. The workers were the ones responsible for taking the gifts and putting them into the correct bins. I am filing a police report with the East Norriton Police and am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARTY HERE. THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY DISORGANIZED AND THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT HOW TO RUN A GOOD BUSINESS. more
