Bottom's Up may be catering to the hip crowd to a fault. The restaurant advertises free delivery, yet I have tried to get food delivered many times. Sometimes, though very rarely, I get food delivered. The majority of the time I play phone tag while many employees try and talk me out of getting delivery. Sometimes they say I'm out of territory, sometimes they say it will be two hours. I just know they don't want my business. If you're not making money with delivery, simply stop delivering altogether. It's time Bottom's Up sharpens up it's customer service. more

There's nothing better than hanging out at Bottoms Up on a warm summer night, munching a huge slice of pizza and listening to trains rumble overhead.
