Just returned from my first experience at this wonderful spa. I had a facial that was better than any other experience I have had. A talented young woman (Angela) was amazing. Without question, she had the softest hands/touch. I would highly recommend this spa for any service based upon the atmosphere and delightful people I encountered during my visit. I left feeling not only that I had a wonderful facial but that I was on Cloud 9. I was so relaxed. more

Great experience 4/15/2010

I have only been to this spa once because I had a half off gift card from an internet promotion. I got a deep tissue massage that was amazing. The girl was sweet and knew her stuff. I would definitely go back. more

Excellent visit 2/18/2010

I gave my very picky friend a facial and pedicure for a gift, but in order to ake sure she did- I went with her. My facial was a wonderful mini- vaca, and the pedi was excellent. The owner is a wonderful young woman that knows her stuff. I would recommend this spa to anyone- even fussy people. more

A spa that feels like home 2/16/2010

This Spa has the relaxed feeling of spending time in a friend's living room. It appears to be a house that has been converted. When you walk in the front door you are greeted in the reception area where your coat is taken (if you're wearing one) and you're are brought to the waiting area where you have several seating options - my favorite is the overstuffed sofa, and you're offered a beverage. This is a great spa....the staff is wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend a visit to Botanicals Day Spa. more

Relaxing 3/23/2006

The environment here is just relaxing. The staff are very professional and never forget your name. Talk about location, this place is ideally located for me I drive by often. I've gotten my eye brows dyed there. They really pamper and seem to want to take care of you. I always leave feeling relaxed, pampered and satisfied with the outcome. The prices are reasonable. Oh The Feeling 11/18/2005

If you love massages or just to be pampered, this is the place to be. Many times you think you need to go to a very fancy, big name, exclusive spa to receive the royal treatment. I am here to tell you that this can be found in a small, comfortable establishment in Avon. The environment is very relaxing, the personnel are superior, everything is very clean and the atmosphere is one of pure zen. The prices are very reasonable for the services they provide. If you have never had a massage, you need to go and if you have them frequently and have never tried this place, you need to go. more

  • Botanicals Day Spa opened in 2008. The owner, Liz May, has been a licensed massage therapist and bodywork practitioner since 2004. A few years after graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, she decided to open her own business, Botanicals Day Spa. Liz had a vision of providing excellent treatments in a comfortable atmosphere, and committed to only using the finest, award-winning skin care lines, PCA Skin and Yon-Ka Paris.
