Boricua Tax a Big Dirty Operation 4/2/2012

Boricua Tax and Restaurant is nothing but a huge Dirty Operation where there is no respect to anybody. Very unprofessional and low class. These people lied to you, promise you everything and don't even have the courtesy to return your calls. When it comes to fill out your taxes, these low class people would lie to their teeth and when the IRS calls they don't even want to talk to you. There is a woman, heavy set named Cinthia, she would would make sure you feel unwelcomed and would treat you like dirt. Save yourselves a big headache, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FILTHY OPERATION CALLED BORICUA TAX.THEY ARE SCUMBAGS, it's like been in a ghetto. more

Diamond in the Rough 9/9/2009

Boricua Cafe is a diamond in the rough. My family in Dallas drive to this small dining establishment just to dine on great authentic food. Very reasonably priced for the quality of food. I wish they would expand into a larger space or possibly seperate themselves from the tax office. There is a ton of potential in this place. I wonder who the chef is, because he's awesome! insult to PR food 9/8/2009

The food is simply an insult to Puertorican cuisine. The mofongo is just salty plaintain put together with...imitation bacon bits. The texture and flavor were not what you would expect, they forgot to add chicken broth to the mix. The cuajito, although well cooked, was just seasoned with salt, a lot of it. I wish this would have been a better experience since there are very few PR restaurants in this area. I will never eat @ this place. more
