Told the vet one of our 2 beagles was anxious and might nip when getting a shot to be boarded. The staff didn't know how to handle this?! They created so much tension our dog had to be muzzled. When we returned after a week away we discovered them boarded in squalid conditions in a shack away from the main building in pens almost too small to turn around in, that reeked. Water was let in with a pulley system as if they were killer pitt bulls. These dogs sleep with children every night but here they were kept separated from each other and any other dogs, with no human contact. Worse, both dogs were labeled ""dangerous, will bite"" – even our puppy — beagle #2 who is the friendliest dog I've ever had! Both dogs have had skin conditions since that horrid time. It's painful to think we left them like that for an entire week. I'll never go there again!
