Well it's really too bad that I can't give this service 5 stars. Maybe if I was a Hollywood star, I could. Alas, I am not. The story: After a thorough, top-to-bottom child-safety home improvement [including acrylic panels installed on my terrace many stories off the ground], all performed with professionalism, care and efficiency, a second visit to child-proof some new furniture resulted in a broken drawer to a brand new, expensive Pottery Barn file cabinet. Jason, the BBB rep who came to my home, never told me he ruined the piece, and only AFTER I emailed and called him to ask why the drawer was off the rails, did he admit that he had a problem when he looked at it [he forced the drawer off the rails]. Promises were made to fix, replace or pay for the piece and that was 8 months ago. Too much of my time has been wasted on this (emailing and phone calling), only to hear that they would reimburse me and NEVER have. Perhaps they put too much of their energy into clients who have a bit of fame and can appear on company's homepage.
As an update, 3 days after the above was posted (but still months after the incident), Jason paid me in full for the file cabinet.
