I agree that the power outage was awful. Right now, the construction at Olive & 170 is awful, but that's more of a problem with the city, not with the complex. I do like the lay...

Beautiful property, love the layout and all the amenities. Easy access to any location. Friendly staff and neighborhood, they have a way of making you feel right at home. They accept packages in the office for you, which is great when you're an entrepreneur and always on the run. Speaking of running there is a great park across the street with running trails, you can bring your dog and or the whole family, nice place for the kids to play. I live in an updated apartment with the stainless steel appliances, love the two toned paint and the flooring. Definitely more bang for you buck! more

This is horrible place. I was mugged during my one year stay there and packages were stolen several time from outside the apartment door. Make sure to lock your car always because my car was searched and things stolen from car when i forgot to lock it. \r \r Poor maintenance, management is rude & unfriendly. These apartments are older & needs renovations. Overall unsafe place for children, even adults. We left the place after staying one year. more

The staff is great 12/25/2006

I agree that the power outage was awful. Right now, the construction at Olive & 170 is awful, but that's more of a problem with the city, not with the complex. I do like the layout of the two bedroom/two bathroom floor plan. It's affordable if you have a roommate & the staff is great. I've never had a bad experience with any of them. Major problesm during power outage 12/6/2006

When ever there is power outage, power is restored in 2 ways. The blocks on eastside i.e behind leasing office gets back in aboyut 2 days but the blocks beside leasing office on westside takes 7 days. it happed in summer during storm outage and it is happeing now and it is -15 degrees outside. Everyone in the neighborhood has power except these few bldgs. Warson village never has power problems. Paying them premium rent of $725 is not worth it when apts around came out due to vacancy, Warson Village which is much spacious and better is chargin $600 now. So when u wanna rent here thk twice n never rent on westside. Pros: Reasonable Place Cons: High Rent, not spacious, major problems duing power outage more
