Bonfe's Auto Svc & Body Repair

I've never encountered business conducted in such unscrupulous fashion and would urge consumers to avoid Bonfe's Auto Service at all costs. \r \r I brought my car into Bonfe's for basic collision repair - while the car was in their shop, their negligence caused an additional $3,000 worth of damage. As if their incompetence wasn't enough, Bonfe's refused to discuss paying for the damages, and forced me to resolve the matter through a formal compliant with the State Attorney General's Office, as well as Small Claims Court. At every step of the way, the owner Tony was rude, disorganized and downright nasty. \r \r Honestly, I am shocked a business who conducts themselves in such an unethical, dishonest and incompetent manner still operates. Do yourself, and our community a huge service by never going to Bonfe's for repairs. more

The women who work at this shop are not only inept, but rude as well. They not only try to make your life miserable by thinking you OWE them your business and that they are doing you a favor by just being in the office. Put down the Caribou and focus on work. My Wife had the car break down in the middle of downtown. We had to find someplace close to tow it to.We picked Bonfe's Auto. She dealt with them one on one. They were fair and very kind to her. After we got a quote for the work, we called around and it was spot on if not cheaper than other garages around town. The staff was courtious and they even found an unrelated, and dangerous, issue that they promptly brought to my attention. They made sure to get the ok on labor charges before proceeding with work. I will bring my cars in to Bonfe's garage, with full confidence, for a long time to come. All be it, I hope I don't have to...
