Bonefish Grill

Anguished and disappointed... Took my family out out to eat tonight. ""Barry"" our crappy waiter made like he was going to hold the door open for myself and my 2 children, then let it close on us,\r then the hostess asked us how we were, and when we told her ,,,she wasn't even listening; and when we asked her how she was, she didn't answer. \r Then we go to order drinks, and I ask Barry if they have sprite, he just orders sprite and never answers. \r Then I order Edamame, which they apparently don't have any more, it's in a humus form now and is NASTY!! Barry didn't even ask...\r then I waited forever for a beer I ordered, we got our food and our waiter never came back to check on us...\r We were there an HOUR and was told 6 times our BREAD was coming. It NEVER came...\r and after our check finally came and our to go box,,,, I look at my change and Barry gave me only BIG bills...aside from handing the check to my husband, which I didn't want to see the total...ha! The audacity of BARRY to think he deserved a tip at all, much less a large tip...I left NOTHING! \r This is the first time in my life I left without leaving a tip. I left my waitress a $100 tip at Cracker Barrel, in Waughton, NC - March 5th, 2014. I like leaving the big SURPRISE tips...and...\r I will never ever come back to Bonefish Grill in Winston Salem, what a waste!\r I CAME FOR TWO REASONS...THE BREAD AND THE EDAMAME....i RECIEVED NEITHER!!! more

Consistently great service, great food and good values. Any time we're unsure about where to end, we head to Bonefish because we know what to expect. They rarely disappoint. From meeting us in the parking lot with an umbrella on rainy nights, to providing a complimentary appetizer for birthdays and anniversaries, to fresh and tateful appetizers and entrees, it's hard to go wrong. Keep up the good work and we'll keep coming back! more
