Michael Boltz was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and graduated from Westmont Hilltop High School. He went to Charleston College on a basketball scholarship, and was class president. He graduated from the University of West Virginia with a degree in Applied Sciences. He worked in the solid state electronics field in Minneapolis, Minnesota for Westinghouse and Fairchild Semiconductor before entering law school. While working two jobs he graduated from South Texas College of Law in thirty months. - Fraternity: Sigma Nu - Activities: National Ski Patrol for 5 years - Represented the NASA scientists' and employees' union.
