It there was a 'no star' option, I would have chosen it. This is a company that thinks that 2 out of 3 buses breaking down on a bus trip is "normal". First breakdown resulted in a 45min delay leaving in the morning. The second resulted in an over 7 hour trip home, a trip that should have taken 4 hours. People from the second broken bus were crammed in the remaining 2 working buses (There were people sitting in the aisles.... ) ... is this even legal???? This company apparently also thinks that babysitting the broken down bus and taking a couple of hours to find a spot to park the bus and taking almost an hour to PHYSICALLY park the bus is ok... even if the other two buses are full of people waiting to get home. And... did I mention that the toilets in two buses were either full or clogged on the return trip home? It would have been nice to have taken a bus trip with a company that values it's customers more than it's machinery. At no point on the trip or afterwards was any apology forthcoming from the bus company.
