This was my first Brazilian wax and I had no idea what it was going to be like or how comfortable I would be with someone getting intimate with my lady parts. Susan was so patient and professional. She knew exactly what to do to reassure me and explained everything before she started. She took the extra time for me to feel completely comfortable and she succeeded. My experience at Body Basics has been very positive and I highly recommend Susan/her services. I had both facials and microderm abrasions and she knows what she's doing. What I like the best: Susan consults with me to understand what result I'm trying to achieve and how to get there. She doesn't tell me what I want to hear but gives good advice and is realistic in her assessment. She doesn't try to sell a service, but instead provides the best skin care advice and regiment to suit my needs. more

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE~ FROM THE DELIGHTFUL WELCOME, TO THE BEAUTIFUL ROOM AND THE SOOTHING MUSIC, SUSAN IS A HIGHLY TRAINED PROFESSIONAL, AND HAS THE EXPERTISE TO MAKE EACH CLIENT FEEL VERY SPECIAL AND COMFORTABLE. SHE WOULD EXPLAIN WHAT WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN, SO THAT THERE WAS NO HESITATION IN THE THEORY BEHIND THE PRODUCTS SHE WAS USING AND WHAT I MIGHT EXPERIENCE. I have been getting waxed for 2 years and decided to try a new place, after hygiene issues with the place I had been going too. Facility was wonderfully and professional appointed, clean, and a friendly staff who are extremely knowledgeable. The before and after treatment made the experience easier to do and no lasting tenderness. I would highly reccomend this facility. more

Of course anyone would be apprehensive going in to get all your hair ripped out of your love bug but I felt completely comfortable and laughed more than anyone should during a Brazilian wax :) more
