Best

Very good work on the windshields on both our cars. Mine had a bad chip with cracks, wife had a bad chip. The guy fixed both of them very well.

Worst

Arrived promptly, seemed to look all right at the time when finished, but in the sunlight I can still have a one inch crack.

Very quick and efficient service!! 7/9/2013

After finding a chip in my windshield whilst on a road trip, I searched the internet for a local repair service. I found Bob's Windshield Repair Service in Colorado Springs. Booked an appointment on line at 8am asking Ron to call at our hotel at 10am to effect the repair. He arrived on time and completed the job to my satisfaction within 15 mins. Cost $49. Fantastic. Can highly recommend. more

I was so sad when my brand new car got a chip in the windshield. But I made an appointment with Ron, who came to my office to fix the chip while I worked. He was on time and did a great job. Now, I can hardly tell the chip is there. I will definitely call Ron again and refer him to all my friends! more

Great Job! 6/27/2013

I was a CSR for insurance companies submitting glass claims for three years and I have heard terrible stories about windshield repairs. This is not one of them. I was able to set up an appointment at my house for a set time (not a four hour window) and Ron, the technician, was there at the precise time that was scheduled. The chips were bigger than a quarter in size and now they are almost non-existent. Great work! more

Ron called and asked if he could come earlier since he was in the area which I really appreciated. 20 minutes and he was done. You can barely see the chip after the repair. Highly recommend this service. more

All service companies should be like this 5/7/2013

I discovered a large crack near the top of my windshield on a Saturday morning. Ron came out to my residence that afternoon and was able to quickly fix it. He had a helpful, friendly, and professional demeanor and appearance. He even gave me some stickers and instructions for what to do in case of a future chip or crack. Likewise, the price seemed reasonable. Overall fantastic service. more

Total Convenience 4/20/2013

Very pleased with Bob's service. Came to my house, made arrangements with insurance. Did the work. All I had to do was talk with the insurance company when he handed me the phone and sign the paper. Very impressive service. I recommend Bob's Windshield Repair to anyone wanting their winshield repaired. more

Excellent 4/9/2013

Fantastic experience overall! Had a nasty bullseye with inches long cracks we were hoping to stop from spreading and was happy to find Bob's Windshield to give them a go at it. The online scheduling was flawless and I was able to schedule for the same day. Ron was prompt, professional, and worked diligently for about an hour trying to get the cracks stabilized. In the end, the damage was too great, but he did his best and we appreciated the effort he put into it. Thanks! more
