After more than three months and many excuses my TV still is not repaired. There business hours are from 11-4 daily but they are never there. Their phone number has been disconnected and when it was working they would never answer or return phone calls. Be very careful if you deal with this business. more

Bob took care of a couple of my older television sets. 5/26/2006

For me, he was just kitty corner of my house on Washington Street in New Baltimore. I decided to give him a try and he gave me a quote. As it turned out the set needed much more work than initially stated so Bob went ahead and did the work, without charging me any extra. It's hard to find good people and good service like that now-a-days. He bent over backwards to please this customer and this I will never forget! more
