It's nice to walk in and greeted in a friendly manner the way I was, I noticed the professionalism when asked about my needs and the whole atmosphere was clean and professional, best part is the mechanic did a great job! more

After visiting many automotive repair shops, it is nice to find one that cares about the cars they work on as if they were there own. I had some concerns once and Bob and Sons gladly took a second look to ease my mind. more

Disapointed 5/7/2013

Dear Ron, Last week I took our Camry for an oil change to your shop. I have been bringing our vehicles to your shop now for almost 2 years. I was told that I would need a new battery. I agreed to the cost of the battery. I was not told about an installation cost of almost $60! I did not say anything but decided to check around at other shops. I found that not only was the cost high but the folks I checked with all said that for a regular customer you just would not charge someone that cost. I came to your shop following Ed Lavallee. He has not worked on my vehicles for quite sometime. I have always tried to be loyal to whoever does work on our vehicles. I do not feel that I was treated fairly and will not be returning in the future. David French more

Not so good! 4/27/2013

I find that services are forced on you with many attempts to have the unnecessary things done. I find that Marc talks down to women and there is no respect. When I said no to a service for our car that was not necessary and we were trading the car in for a new one...he then called my husband and asked to preform the same unnecessary service. There is a lack of trust with this company. They do have the best mechanic...Ed Lavallee! Too bad the rest of the staff is untrustworthy. more

I was given the nearest time slot that was needed. A phone call to explain what the problem was and approximate cost for repairing. Work was done in a timely manner. Cost was very near the estimate. Transportation was provided to and from the garage so I could leave my car and did not have to wait. more

I have been doing business with Bob & Sons for more than 10 years. The service is exceptional. The tecnitions are extremely knowledgable. They have kept one of my cars going for almost 300 thousnad miles and best of all there integraty is unserpassed. more
