STAY AWAY (Mitsu BEAT ME) 5/15/2011

I was purchasing a car and put down 2500 dollars as a down payment, the dealership took 5 days to get the paperwork together and in the end they tried to sell me a car I did not originally want. Within 24hrs the deal changed in which I asked for my original car used for trade back. They refused at this point to give me my car back and said to give them another day, so I came back the next day with no updates, This occurred for a total of 4 days in which at this point they kept telling me to take the car I originally wanted while they kept my money and trade in. I finally had it and just wanted my original car and 2500 dollars back. \r I called and spoke with Todd the manager at Mitsubishi and told him that I was heading in to get my car and money back and then he got rude with me and hung up on me. Once I got there I yet again waited, then I was taken to the back office to resolve the issue. I met with Rod Jamerson and advised him that I just wanted my car back and my 2500 dollars back. At this point Rod Jamerson the finance guy got extremely upset that after all his hard work I would not take the car. He took this very personally, turned red and got loud with me. Keep in mind the deal he was working on was not for the original car I wanted but for a brand new Mitsubishi car I did not want. He got so upset I personally felt threatened and asked for his manager. At this point Rod left the office and told his manager Todd ""get these a*@holes out of my office"", which he was talking about me and my partner. My partner was in the room with me being witness to the way I was being treated. The manager Todd came in the room and said he would refund me only 2000 since I had the car for 5 days and he was going to charge me 100 dollars a day for having the car, even though I made several attempts to get my car back.\r I refused to leave without my car and without my 2500 dollars, in which Todd and Rod told me this was my fault because my credit was not higher then it was. The finance guy Rod Jamerson kept coming in the room and getting heated and saying rude things so I had to ask the manager to please keep him away from me because I felt threatened. They were both extremely rude and making personal attacks that were uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. Keep in mind that I already paid Car Toys to remove my current stereo, car starter, Bluetooth, and amp out of my trade in which was around 300 dollars and was going to cost me up to 600 dollars to reinstall in the new car I was trying to get. The dealership would not pay for any of this and told me good luck in court. So I said I won't bill them if they just give me my money so I can get out of there. Todd kept telling me I wasn't going to get the 500 dollars back and that they would not pay for the install of all my equipment. He then said the lowest he would go is to charge me for 200 dollars and refund me 2300 dollars. I did not agree with this offer, however since I was feeling threatened and just wanted to get out there I had no choice. In the end he only gave me back 2300 and I got my car back which had a price tag on it even though the papers were not signed. \r more
