Cody gave us excellent care. My 89 year old mother was looking for a recliner & love seat. He was a great help in finding just what we need. Now let me tell you...I do NOT usually like salesmen in general, usually they are just a pain to deal with. I found him extremely knowledgeable of your inventory. more

Easy to work with 10/25/2010

John was very easy to work with. He asked me what I was looking for...which I wasn't sure I would know it when I saw it. He showed me your selection of sectionals. I told him I didn't think I wanted leather. We looked at all your non-leather sectionals. He asked me if i would be willing to at least look at a leather one. He showed me a leather one...which I bought. The price was within my budget and it was exactly what I was looking for......even if I didn't know it at the time. The delivery guys were great....in fact, they were early......are you kidding me??? My buying experience was an awesome one. I look forward to coming back in the future. By the way, I'm in sales and looked at each step of the sale with a critical eye........couldn't find anywhere that could be improved. Thanks. more

We appreciated being able to shop and look without being bugged all the time. We appreciated that. We bought a chair and took with us, so we waited for it to be ready to pick up. that was smooth and did not take all that long. We are waiting for an ottoman to be sent to the store, so we haven't finished our process yet. Hopefully that happens without any difficulties. more

So friendly and helpful 10/6/2010

We had been to several places looking for a table that matched my small space and limited budget. I walked in and was greated by Jim. He was very friendly and showed me where all the tables were. He allowed me to look around without making me feel pressured and gave me freedom. When I did not see anything that was right for me he walked me through the area and talked with me about a few things. He then showed me the enzone part I found a beautiful table and chairs that I just LOVE! We have bought things from Bob Mills before and will come back. Thank you to Jim for being so friendly and helpful. He was great. more

Another excellent experience dealing with your store. Our salesperson was very energetic and helpful may be the nicest person I've ever met. Delivery guys were surprisingly personable and professional. I would recommend Bob Mills to anyone who asks me. Almost all our furniture came from there...we won't even make any other stops anymore when shopping. I'm still regretting not buying our mattress there four or five years ago. more

He was Great!!!! 9/27/2010

Our salesman was exceptionally well knowledgeable. He treated us with great respected. Didn't make us feel dumb. He knew we had a budget and tried to help us stay with in that budget did not try and sell us for something over that. When I said... no to something more than we could afford he did not think that was bad at all. He suggested things that made a lot of since to me. He was great!!! He needs a bonus!!! more
