Great service and care..but expensive 8/11/2008

Our sweet french lop, Freddy had a horrible ""hole"" in his neck. It was 1/2 inch in diamater and deep. We were horrified. The person at the front desk was very nice. Wait was a bit long. They could have been a bit more forthcoming about why the wait was long...but not really a problem. The receptionist did tell me that he had a parasite and would probably be fine which I appreciated. The doctor, Dr Finan, was very kind, animated and professional. Pros: Great care, professional, clean, friendly Cons: expensive more

Great service and amazing care 2/5/2007

These folks are amazing. They are competent, quick to react and treat, and compassionate. The facility is spotless and the pet care area is comfortable and respectful of the animals. more

Great emergency care 10/17/2006

I brought one of my ferrets there who had been stepped on and was urinating red liquid. I was terrified at the thought of losing my precious little boy. Despite my frantic state, the staff at Animal 911 was very loving and patient with me. They treated my ferret with genuine kindness and treated him for a rupture. My little boy is still with us today because of these great vets. Pros: great emergency care, kind, patient Cons: pricey, pricey, pricey more
