EXCELLENT!!! I'd been battling my pool for 10 days!! Two other pool companies were unable to help me -- they kept instructing me to add chemicals - my pool balance was SO OUT OF WHACK!! I was at my wits end! Then I found Joe and Suzi! FANTASTIC folks - very personable and years of pool experience!! One visit, an evaluation, a water test and they knew exactly how to fix my chemical imbalance! Joe gave me some great cost effective tips and advice on how to properly manage/maintain my pool. I have Joe on speed dial in case I ever need him again! more

Excellent 5/9/2011

Had gone to 2 other big pool companies to get my liner replaced. They made promises and then broke them. I waited around for 6 weeks with one company after giving them a $1500 deposit, and they never even came to my house to look at the pool! I found Blue Wave pools online and they had great reviews, so I gave them a call. Best decision I ever made. Joe ,the owner, came out measured my pool, gave me a quote, ordered my liner, and 2 weeks later my kids are swimming. This company does great work and they keep their promises. more

The Best In Augusta! 12/25/2005

We had Joe from Blue Wave Pools come out and repair both our pool & spa, he was very informational & we learned alot about our pool that other companies denied telling us. Joe has now saved us at least $400.00 per year on pool chemicals, since he informed us about special chemicals to correct the problems that we have been havng. The other companies kept selling us chemicals that were not needed for our peticular problem. I highly recommend Blue Wave Pool Services! Pros: Very informational, Knowledgeable Cons: needs more employees more
