This was about 9th car I have bought from Blue Springs Ford and my 16th ford- by far my favorite and Tyson was a great sales person. He made the transaction smooth and hassle free. I actually did everything virtually by internet which made this the least stressful car experience I have even had. more

I very much appreciate the help and expertise that they gave me. While I do hope that there is not another problem that causes me to be ""stranded"" in the Kansas City area, if it ever happens to me or someone I know I will be sure to send them your way and advise them to relax, eat a donut, have a bit of popcorn and not to worry! more

Overall it was a great buying experience. I went in trying to decide between and Edge and Fusion and my sales rep put no pressure on me to decide on either one. He simply explained the features and benefits of each and allowed me to make the decision based on what was best for me and my family and not what was in his best interest. I love my new Fusion and would recommend Ford to anyone looking to buy a new car. more

My experience at Blue Springs Ford was great. I baught a used Ford Fusion 07, I love my car. Mike was very helpful in helping me choose something within my price range. I would recommend him if you're looking for a Mustang, because he is very versed in them. However he also was great with finding my car too. more

Mike Hilker is the only person in Jackson County, Missouri to go to to buy a Mustang. I went to see him because I knew of his reputation of having an extensive background in owning and knowing all about Mustangs. He was very patient, answered all of my questions and made me feel very at ease in making my dream of owning a Mustang a reality. He was absolutely wonderful and I feel like I could call him up today with a question and he would make time for me. You can't put a price tag on that. more
