Blue Poodle Pet Salon The

We've been taking our Yorkies to the Blue Poodle for several years; Kim and her crew have taken great care of them! Everyone who works there is cheerful and personable! Even though my older Yorkie had not been properly socialized & became tempermental as he reached his golden years, they could not have been more patient & caring in their care of him. When he passed, their sympathy was truly heartfelt! I trust the Blue Poodle implictly! Even my vet has complimented my groomer on the nail care of my recently adopted Yorkie. more

I had a seriously bad experience with this salon. Being new in town, and not knowing what groomer to use, we chose one very near to our home- as it would be convenient. Never again. I was told to drop the small dog off at 10 am and he would be ready around 2PM. Well, 2pm came and went..and three, so at 4 pm, I went up there. Lo and Behold, they were rude(as everyone else has stated), and said they's calle me. They had not even STARTED grooming my dog- and he had been in a damn crate for a total of 6 hours at this point! So I left very upset, and after not hearing from them by 5pm, i SENT MY HUSBAND TO PiCK UP THE DOG(after still never receiving a call to pick him up). HE WAS CUT SO SHORT THAT HE HAD BAD BLOODY SCABS STARTING TO FORM ALL OVER HIS LITTLE BOODY SINCE THEY HAD CUT HIM TOO CLOSE TO HIS SKIN. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, he apparently brought fleas home with him. We have never had fleas, and the dog is 11 years old. So- I assume it came from there. $100 worth of Frontline, Capstar, etc., we got ride of the fleas and sore scabs that took weeks to heal. These people also charged us more than they quoted on the phone. Beware. There's got to be a better alternative for groomers than these white trash , loud mouth RUDE women. My dog also drank water like crazy when ew got home. Obviously he had gone all day withouth water- from 10 AM to 5 PM. Shame on you, Blue Poodle. YOU SUCK! more
